Experienced in all areas of the development process, and with a focus on details, we help clarify and determine the Owner’s short and long term project goals and relentlessly pursue and deliver the highest quality results whilst mitigating risks along the entire delivery process. We can augment an Owner’s internal management team or serve as the single source of Development Management, Project Management, and Tenant Coordination. With expertise in municipal review procedures, design procurement, scope, quality and cost management and contractor bidding process , we leverage best practices in project delivery and pricing. We are here to reinforce the on-site team and project’s integrity by utilizing our experiences to address project challenges. We use project tracking systems, which can be customized to meet the Owner’s needs. Using our system to collect pertinent project data from project managers, the Owner’s own facility managers can monitor project progress concurrently.

Our founder, Adam Kushabi is a seasoned Design and Construction Management Professional with almost 25 years of experience in
Retail | Theme Parks | Multi-family Residential | Resorts & Hospitality projects. Capable of managing
multidisciplinary teams – from project planning, team assembly, design management, permitting, procuring
construction contracts, coordinating packages, monitoring budgets, schedule, scope and quality through
design and construction, including oversight in tenant coordination and leasing.
He gets involved in early feasibility, project visioning, market research, business strategy, due diligence, entitlements,
programming, development milestones and gateways, reporting, cost modeling, risk mitigation and
contractual matters. Typically, as a design lead and owners representative, he has represented owners and
developers on determination program of requirements, total project budgets and master design schedule; in
the selection of the design team and negotiating project specific contracts; monitoring the design process and
managing the owner’s review and approvals; competitive bidding of construction procurement; construction
oversight , quality control, and finally the close out and documentation on owners behalf . A licensed architect
and construction manager, in North America he has built projects in Chicago, Seattle, Toronto, Atlanta and Las
Vegas. Having also led integrated multinational design & delivery teams in UAE, India KSA, Canada, China and
Kazakhstan on expat assignments.
